ICE Kiosks allows DoD customers to rate products and services provided by DoD offices and facilities worldwide. The comment card ratings are used to improve the products and services available to all service members.

Already approved and deployed on Navy, Army and Air Force installations, DynaTouch's ICE kiosks provide a secure, user-friendly, menu driven touch interface to your existing ICE website for respondents to quickly find the facility or service that they would like to rate.

DynaTouch is proud to support the US Army Garrison Plans, Analysis and Integration Offices by making available our TIPS Internet ICE Kiosks to enhance the level of customer service currently being provided to military personnel, civilian personnel and their family members by providing convenient, 24-hour access to ICE Surveys.
