DoD Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) Kiosks
DynaTouch ICE Kiosks allow DoD customers to rate products and services provided by DoD offices
and facilities worldwide. The comment card ratings gathered via the kiosks are closely evaluated used to improve the products and services available to all service members. 
Already approved and deployed on Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps installations, DynaTouch
kiosks provide a secure, user-friendly, menu driven touch interface to your existing ICE website for respondents to quickly find the facility or service that they would like to rate.
DynaTouch is proud to support the U.S. Army Garrison Plans, Analysis and Integration Offices (PAIO) with TIPS kiosks to help enhance the level of customer service extended to military personnel, civilian personnel and family members by providing convenient, 24-hour access to ICE surveys.
The standardization and strategic deployment of kiosks provides a quantum leap forward for morale and mission readiness as the kiosks allow service members to provide instant feedback through the existing ICE program -- many times directly at the point of service. The goal is to provide more realistic and higher quality survey responses due to the convenient location and simple operation of the DynaTouch kiosks.
