TIPS Kiosk Sofware is designed to make your data tamper-proof and the browser session totally secure. It applies a thorough set of business rules to protect your system. Instead of an open portal to the Internet, you get a locked-down portal to your information, and only your information.

Restricted Browsing - Any web page not located on the hard drive is actively filtered through a local database of allowed sites. By default, every web page is disallowed unless it is explicitly authorized by database entries. Approved “.com” sites and others are specified by a unique portion of their root web address. This process allows access to, for instance, all pages associated with a web site of local community information, while restricting navigation to advertisers, search engines or download sites that might be links on those pages. Each URL can also be designated as printable or not to prevent customers from printing out long documents while still allowing access to the data.
No Location Bar – Only sites that have links somewhere in the structure can be accessed. The typical IE location and tool bars are eliminated.
Complete User Session Management – TIPS automatically clears all session cookies, internet cache, print queue, form data and user certificates between each session to ensure the privacy of user data.
